Do I need to be on site for the preparation services?
Ideally yes. Since we will be cleaning and organizing clutter, you may like to be on site to direct the crew to ensure nothing of value is removed.

Yes, we provide the cleaning products unless otherwise specified by the customer. We can also procure specific cleaning products upon request.
