We’re so excited to officially announce the launch of CleanStart Manitoba, a new division of Purpose Construction providing junk removal and cleaning services across Winnipeg.

CleanStart Manitoba isn’t just another service provider—we’re a social enterprise with a purpose. Every job we do helps create meaningful employment for individuals facing barriers to the workforce, including people transitioning from the justice system, newcomers, Indigenous community members, and others traditionally excluded from stable employment.

This launch is made possible through a powerful partnership with CleanStart Property Services in British Columbia, a trusted social enterprise with over a decade of experience providing top-tier property services with compassion and care. Together, we’re combining Purpose Construction’s workforce development mission with CleanStart’s proven model for scalable, socially impactful service delivery.
